Job Description
We are hiring an Associate Director, US Oncology Marketing, for the Skin, GI, and MSI-High CRC portfolio. This is a key leadership role responsible for leading HCP marketing to maximize the impact for patients and healthcare providers. The role reports to the Executive Director, Skin, GI, and MSI-High CRC portfolio.
This position requires strong leadership across areas such as strategy, business planning, collaboration, and execution. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader who can work effectively across teams and influence a matrix organization to exceed performance expectations.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading annual strategic planning, including profit planning, budgeting, and expense management
Driving HCP field execution across teams (FIT, GKAMs, Team 4, Team 1, PMLS)
Supporting TBR processes and OKRs
Managing the Skin, GI, and MSI-High CRC portfolio budget
Leading planning for major congresses and engagement with scientific leaders
Contributing to marketing strategy and key decisions
Developing and executing competitive plans for Adjuvant Melanoma and GI portfolio
Partnering with Medical Affairs on key initiatives such as V&I meetings, publications, and MAT
Supporting digital strategy and OME implementation
Collaborating closely with field leadership, operations, L&D, and ORT
Monitoring performance and supporting key processes (CAT, CRT, Veeva, Nexus.)
Serving as the point of contact for Aquent/MCS
Leading safety label updates, including planning, prioritization, and execution
Education Requirement:
Required: Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
Preferred: Master's degree (MBA/MS)
Required Experiences and Skills:
Minimum of (5) years Pharmaceutical Experience
Strong marketing skills including developing marketing strategies, executing tactics, performance tracking, competitive planning, and accountability for product growth.
Ability to understand, interpret, and translate complex clinical data into clear communications
Strategic Acumen with innovative mindset and ability to make critical decisions and recommendations among a range of strategic choices.
Demonstrated excellence in project management and effectively managing multiple projects/ priorities.
Strong relationship building, problem solving, innovative thinking, teamwork, and analytics.
Strong written/verbal communication skills and experience presenting in high visibility settings.

The salary range for this role is
$156,900.00 - $247,000.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
