Job Description

Today, our organization is navigating an unprecedented opportunity challenge driven by a rapidly expanding pipeline, an accelerating pace of launches, and an increasingly complex and dynamic external environment. Success in this moment requires more than incremental improvement. It demands an entrepreneurial mindset, stronger digital, data, and AI capabilities, and a sustained focus on execution excellence, particularly within Human Health.

Field teams are expected to operate with greater agility, precision, and confidence across more products, more indications, and more nuanced customer interactions. Meeting this challenge requires scalable platforms that enable faster insight generation, smarter prioritization, and continuous capability building, while maintaining the highest standards of trust, compliance, and reliability.

Field Copilot aspires to address this challenge by equipping field‑based employees with intelligent, data‑driven support and immersive learning experiences that elevate execution at scale, and as we continue this journey, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Associate Director to lead Field Copilot.

In this role, you will serve as the Product Success Manager for Field Copilot, ensuring field-based employees, business stakeholders, and enabling teams realize measurable value from the platform. You will own the success strategy across adoption, engagement, enablement, value tracking, and continuous improvement, translating user needs and business outcomes into clear priorities for the product roadmap. Rather than focusing solely on building capabilities, you will ensure the Field Copilot suite is embedded into day-to-day field workflows, supported by strong change management, feedback loops, training, governance, and success metrics. Your work will help field teams sense, decide, act, and learn with greater confidence while ensuring the product delivers durable business impact in a secure, responsible, and scalable way.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the product success strategy for Field Copilot, with clear goals for adoption, engagement, user satisfaction, value realization, and sustained business impact across field teams and markets.

  • Serve as the voice of the field user by gathering structured feedback, analyzing usage patterns, identifying friction points, and translating insights into product improvements, enablement needs, and roadmap recommendations.

  • Own adoption planning and market readiness for Field Copilot capabilities, including stakeholder engagement, launch planning, onboarding, training, communications, and reinforcement strategies that accelerate time to value.

  • Partner closely with commercial, field leadership, data, legal, privacy, compliance, and L&D stakeholders to ensure Field Copilot is fit for purpose, responsibly governed, effectively enabled, and aligned to enterprise standards.

  • Establish product success measures and operating rhythms, including user health indicators, adoption dashboards, feedback forums, business reviews, and value narratives that demonstrate progress and inform prioritization.

  • Develop and scale reusable success playbooks for onboarding, adoption, training, communications, stakeholder engagement, issue resolution, and capability reinforcement across markets and business contexts.

  • Drive change management and field enablement that embed Field Copilot into daily workflows and improve productivity, decision quality, confidence, and learning outcomes for users.

  • Proactively identify adoption risks, user pain points, data or workflow barriers, and stakeholder concerns, then coordinate timely resolution with product, engineering, governance, and business partners.

  • Lead cross-functional success forums and working teams, providing clear direction, accountability, and follow-through across internal contributors, external partners, and market stakeholders.

  • Manage vendor and partner contributions to ensure success support, enablement materials, analytics, and service quality are aligned with user needs and long-term product outcomes.

  • Stay current with product success, digital adoption, analytics, and applied AI practices, selectively incorporating practical methods that improve engagement, trust, and measurable value for field users.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline, with 8+ years of experience, or master’s degree in a similar field with 6+ years of experience.

  • Proven experience driving success for digital, analytics, AI, or enterprise technology products, including adoption, onboarding, stakeholder engagement, enablement, and value realization.

  • Strong product success mindset, with the ability to connect user workflows, business outcomes, product capabilities, and enablement strategies into a clear plan for sustained adoption and impact.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders and influence outcomes across commercial, technical, and governance functions in a matrixed environment.

  • Solid understanding of adoption analytics, user behavior insights, customer health metrics, feedback analysis, and value measurement, with the ability to turn data into actionable success interventions.

  • Demonstrated ability to operate in regulated environments and embed privacy, compliance, responsible AI, and appropriate governance practices into user enablement and product success activities.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of diagnosing adoption barriers, aligning stakeholders, and converting ambiguous user or business needs into practical success plans.

  • Experience operating in Agile or iterative product environments, with comfort partnering across product, engineering, business, and enablement teams to continuously improve the user experience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.

This is a unique opportunity for a product success leader who is excited to help field teams realize meaningful value from data and generative AI. If you are passionate about driving adoption, enabling users, translating feedback into action, and proving measurable business impact in a highly collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply and join us on this journey.
