This role is based in Michelin Corporate & Business Services in Bucharest, where more than 800 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Order to Cash, Service Management and Personnel.

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluency in French and English;

  • Bachelor / Master degree;

  • Min. 1-2 years of experience as a Training Assistant, HR Assistant or in an administrative role;

  • Organizational and multitasking ability;

  • Attention to details;

  • A good team worker and customer-oriented approach;

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office package (medium level of Excel);

  • Ability to work with small and medium databases.

The Training Administrator will:

  • Request and obtain agreements or costs from training suppliers;

  • Check the elements of the agreements and costs (consistency, payment conditions, training organization, training dates)

  • Sign training conventions and agreements by delegation (after checking that the amount of the agreement is the same as that of the proforma);

  • Request and obtain attendance sheets and certificates;

  • If necessary, forwards proposed dates to RH Partners;

In the case of a training supplier listed in the Purchasing database:

  • Perform the external purchase requisition (in Oracle);

  • On receipt of the agreements, invoice and attendance sheet, receive the order in Oracle to start the supplier payment process with external provider.

For training suppliers not referenced in the Purchasing database:

  • On receipt of agreements, invoice, and attendance sheet: processing the invoice in Tradeshift according to payment method and encoding invoices in Tradeshift;

Relational:

  • Be the point of contact for RH Partners, Social Relations or training supplier (inform them of our purchasing rules, ensure that they return the requested documents to us within the allotted time);

  • Be the point of contact for the Purchasing teams responsible for training or Oracle purchases.
