Accounting Intern - Half Time
MISSION:
The mission of the role is to warranty the accomplishment of the Leases requirement for audit 2024, supporting the team, facilitate the year end closing activities.
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS.
The objective of the project is to build a report which allows analyze the increase and decrease of the contracts, to warranty the proper support for each transaction, to build the project will be a needed establish a collaborative relationship with R2R (Record to Report) team and PAFA team.
The report must be made for the Primary Ledger and Secondary Ledger; the report must match with the monthly and yearly PL vs. SL reconciliation.
The report must contain the analysis from the P&L perspective and the Balance Sheet perspective.
The deliverable will be a report which is an important requirement for 2024 audit.
Create leases roll forward report.
Verify the proper support of each lease transaction.
Create a work instruction of the lease monthly check.
Create a work instruction of the yearly check.
Create a work instruction of the roll forward report.
Verify the proper use of the leases accounts.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (7th semester or above)
English – Advanced
Availability to work 4-5 hours daily

- Verify the proper use of the leases accounts.
KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS:
The achievements in this role are listed below:
- Deliver the 13th business day of each month the roll forward report matched with the Trial Balance.
- Deliver a list of the contracts linked with the current bookings in the K-shuttle tool 20th of each month.
- Deliver at the end of the project the approved Work instructions: monthly check, yearly check and roll forward report.
- Deliver at the end of the project a memo of the use of the leases accounts supported by the doc debase applicable.
