HR Advisor responsibilities:
Administration of the benefit granted to Michelin employees and retirees in Spain (50%)
- Administratively solve tire fitting requests for eligible staff cars (first fitting, replacement after wear, replacement of previously fitted vehicle), ensuring that the correct size is chosen, respecting safety rules and local legislation in force.
- Administratively solve requests to equip company vehicles.
- Administratively solve requests for the fitting of bicycles for beneficiaries.
- Answer telephone calls received from beneficiaries and occasionally from Euromaster centers.
- Initiates telephone calls to pensioners and active employees to inform them of the delivery date of the tires ordered or to facilitate the processing of their requests.
- Initiate phone calls (occasionally) to Euromaster centers to check the delivery of certain orders
- Register tire orders in the order registration system.
- Confirms the treatment of beneficiary requests by mail and sends information on the registered orders required for the fitting of tires to Euromaster centers.
- Enter technical data (approvals and assembly confirmations) and personal data into the management system,
- whenever necessary, to ensure the accuracy of the history of each file processed.
- Process specific requests following the destruction of the vehicle fitted with tires and manage the resulting
- payments.
- Handle claims for reimbursement of invoices following damage to tires on a vehicle already registered in the system.
- Check the conformity of the invoices received from the partner assembly centers, validates their reimbursement and carries out other necessary steps (claims), if necessary.
- Close inactive employees' files and forwards the information to the payroll process team.
- Archive documentation according to the archiving procedure.
- Take note of employee complaints and resolve them as far as possible or refer to the operational leader or even the on-site specialist if the complaint is complex.
- Analyze the minutes received from beneficiaries following technical complaints (defective tires) and, if necessary, takes the necessary steps to exempt beneficiaries from the contribution.

- Handle specific requests following the destruction of the vehicle equipped with tires.
- Process invoice reimbursement claims following damage to tires on a vehicle already registered in the system.
- Close the files of inactive employees and forwards the information to the payroll team.
- Archive the documentation according to the archiving procedure.
- Take note of employee complaints and resolves them to the extent possible or refers to Sr. Benefits Advisor if the complaint is complex.
- Analyze technical complaints received from beneficiaries (defective tires) and takes the necessary steps to exempt beneficiaries from the annual contribution.

Activity monitoring :
- Report to the senior or operational leader, specific process issues in the perimeter.
- Report performance and quality indicators defined with the parties.
- Contribute to the presentation of quarterly results on the performance of the Bucharest team.
