HM Team Description:
Business and Security Insights (BSI) team is responsible for maintenance and development of 5 customer facing and internal projects all around Microsoft Entra ID's data. For the customer facing experiences we develop Entra Recommendations which deliver security and best practices recommendations for configuring Entra tenants. And Entra License Usage which delivers data about Entra features and licenses usage for tenant admins. We also develop central data processing and consumption platform for internal users as well as internal Copilot version to help users work with the data we provide. So the work is around Azure Synapse pipelines, Azure Cosmos DB, .NET C# back-end and React front-end with focus on AI.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend services and automation workflows. - Drive engineering excellence through secure coding, robust testing, and maintainable design. - Own end-to-end feature development, ensuring reliability, diagnosability, and customer transparency. - Collaborate across engineering, product, and incident management teams to improve service health and operational readiness. - Participate in on-call rotations and live site investigations, applying structured debugging and telemetry analysis. - Contribute to architecture discussions, design documents, and cross-team dependency management. - Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and accessibility standards throughout the development and deployment process.
Qualifications
Qualifications - Required: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND senior technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
Qualifications - Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Software Engineering IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Czechia is Kč 1,338,000.00 - Kč 2,006,000.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
