Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product strategy across complex, cross-organizational scenarios, translating customer and market insights into scalable, AI-powered solutions.
- Partner across engineering, design, research, marketing, and leadership to define vision, align priorities, and deliver high-impact products that meet customer and business goals.
- Use data, AI, and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing, telemetry, customer feedback) to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses, and continuously improve product outcomes.
- Define success through clear metrics (e.g., OKRs, KPIs, adoption, engagement, and performance) and use insights to guide roadmap decisions and long-term investments.
- Drive product development from concept to launch, managing tradeoffs, dependencies, and execution across multiple feature areas while ensuring quality, security, and responsible AI practices.
- Engage directly with customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand needs, gather feedback, and ensure solutions deliver meaningful value and strong product-market fit.
- Influence and align senior leaders and cross-functional teams, resolving complex challenges and building clarity across a broad portfolio of work.
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative environment where diverse perspectives are valued and teams can do their best work.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's Degree AND 15+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).
- 8+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
- 8+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).
Product Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $165,600 - $296,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $220,800 - $331,200 per year.
