Responsibilities
Customer & Executive Engagement
- Own and deepen executive relationships with key stakeholders.
- Connect customer C-level and business leaders with Microsoft executives to strengthen strategic partnerships.
- Serve as the trusted advisor for business transformation, digitalization, and AI initiatives.
Account Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute multi-year account strategies covering both Unified and ISD opportunities.
- Drive achievement of revenue, consumption, and customer success targets.
- Identify whitespace opportunities and expand Microsoft footprint across business units and geographies.
Unified Business Leadership
- Lead Unified renewal, expansion, and attach motions.
- Position Unified as a strategic platform for customer success, operational resilience, security, and AI readiness.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to maximize Unified penetration and growth.
ISD Opportunity Development
- Identify and qualify large transformation opportunities in areas such as AI, Data, Cloud, Security, Modernization, and Industry Solutions.
- Lead strategic technology discussions and shape high-impact consulting and delivery engagements.
- Drive pipeline creation and conversion for large ISD pursuits.
Orchestration & Stakeholder Management
- Lead virtual teams across CSU, STU, ATU, ISD Delivery, Customer Success, Partners, and Specialists.
- Align resources, priorities, and executive sponsorship to accelerate business outcomes.
- Build strong internal networks to ensure deal execution and customer success.
Customer Success & Escalation Management
- Proactively identify customer satisfaction risks and remove blockers.
- Coordinate recovery plans and executive engagement when issues arise.
- Ensure long-term customer health and retention.
Industry & Solution Expertise
- Maintain deep understanding of Financial Services industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
- Articulate Microsoft’s value proposition across AI, Cloud, Security, Data, and Business Applications.
- Position Microsoft solutions in alignment with customer business priorities and transformation goals.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years of sales experience within the Information Technology industry, including proven experience selling cloud solutions and driving complex enterprise sales engagements.
- 3+ years of direct experience managing or selling to Financial Services Industry (FSI) customers, with understanding of banking, insurance, or capital markets business environments.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Additional or preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years of sales experience within the Information Technology industry, including proven experience selling cloud solutions and driving complex enterprise sales engagements.
- 5+ years of direct experience managing or selling to Financial Services Industry (FSI) customers, with understanding of banking, insurance, or capital markets business environments.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
