Microsoft Singapore Enterprise Commercial Leader

The Microsoft Singapore Enterprise Commercial Leader leads Microsoft's Enterprise Account Team for Singapore enterprise customers. This senior country leadership role owns commercial strategy, C-suite customer relationships, AI and cloud transformation, revenue growth, and One Microsoft execution across the enterprise segment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead growth and AI transformation across Singapore enterprise customers.
• - Own commercial strategy, forecasting, pipeline management, and go-to-market execution.
• - Build trusted C-suite relationships and serve as a customer, partner, and market thought leader.
• - Drive cross-organizational execution across sales, solution, customer success, partner, and specialist teams.
• - Develop talent, strengthen people leadership, and build a high-performing organization.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant sales leadership, account management, business development, or technology leadership experience, or equivalent experience.
• - 8+ years of people-management experience.

Preferred qualifications:

• Enterprise C-suite relationship experience.
• - 10+ years of sales leadership experience.
• - Experience with Singapore enterprise customers, Temasek portfolio companies, and government-linked companies is a plus.
• - Strong executive presence, growth mindset, people leadership, and ability to influence across complex organizations.
