Microsoft Advertising, part of Microsoft AI (MAI), is a rapidly growing business powering global advertisers across search, display, and emerging AI-driven channels. Our Advertising CRM team is building the next generation of customer relationship management solutions that unify advertiser data, enable intelligent workflows, and deliver actionable insights across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Billing, and Customer Success.

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer passionate about AI innovation, Copilot experiences, Dynamics 365 CRM, and full-stack engineering to help drive the transformation from OneCRM to TrueCRM. In this role, you will build scalable cloud-native solutions, introduce AI-powered capabilities, and deliver modern customer experiences that empower thousands of sellers, marketers, and business users worldwide.

Starting January 26, 2026, Microsoft AI (MAI) employees who live within a 50- mile commute of a designated Microsoft office in the U.S. or 25-mile commute of a non-U.S., country-specific location are expected to work from the office at least four days per week. This expectation is subject to local law and may vary by jurisdiction.



Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and operate scalable, secure, and highly available full-stack solutions supporting Microsoft Advertising CRM platforms.
  • Build modern web applications, APIs, and cloud-native services using Azure technologies for sales enablement and advertiser lifecycle management.
  • Leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, and Power Platform to deliver customer engagement, workflow automation, and business process solutions.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the CRM ecosystem and transformation from OneCRM to TrueCRM, driving modernization and improved user experiences.
  • Develop and integrate AI-powered capabilities, including Copilot experiences, intelligent recommendations, conversational workflows, predictive insights, and automation.
  • Partner with Product Managers, Applied Scientists, Data Scientists, and engineers to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions.
  • Build scalable backend services, distributed systems, APIs, and data platforms using Azure cloud services and modern engineering practices.
  • Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, testing automation, observability, reliability, security, and performance optimization.
  • Mentor engineers and contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies including Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, Copilot extensibility, and intelligent automation frameworks.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise-scale applications and cloud services.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Dataverse, and Power Platform.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Solid full-stack development skills using C#, .NET, React/TypeScript, REST APIs, and modern web technologies.
  • Experience building cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, including microservices, distributed systems, and data platforms.
  • Knowledge of software design patterns, DevOps, CI/CD, security, reliability, and operational excellence.
  • Experience building or integrating AI-powered solutions, including Copilot experiences, intelligent automation, or Generative AI capabilities.
  • Solid problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
