This role partners closely with Creative Directors, Product teams, Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Marketers, Brand, Legal, external agencies, and strategic partners to identify opportunities, define product strategy, establish requirements, influence roadmaps, drive execution, and guide work from concept through realization.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable shaping product vision, defining customer and business value, driving alignment across stakeholders, and delivering high-quality experiences through implementation and launch. This person will operate in highly ambiguous spaces, lead 0-to-1 product opportunities, and help connect creative vision with product strategy, execution, and measurable customer impact.

  • Partner with Research, Design, Product, and Engineering teams to identify customer needs, validate opportunities, and inform product direction.

  • Drive tradeoff decisions across customer value, business goals, technical feasibility, creative ambition, and delivery timelines.

  • Ensure product intent, experience quality, and customer value are preserved from early strategy through shipped implementation.

  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions, iteration, and prioritization.

Lead Cross-Functional Programs

  • Drive complex initiatives spanning multiple teams, organizations, and stakeholder groups.

  • Establish clarity around goals, priorities, success criteria, milestones, dependencies, risks, and decision-making.

  • Build strong partnerships across internal teams, product organizations, leadership groups, external agencies, and strategic collaborators.

  • Facilitate planning sessions, reviews, workshops, leadership updates, and operating rhythms that enable teams to move effectively.

  • Drive cross-functional alignment on product scope, roadmap priorities, implementation plans, and launch readiness.

  • Partner with Engineering and Design teams to define implementation approaches and deliver customer value.

Advance Both Long-Term Vision and Near-Term Delivery

  • Operate across multiple planning horizons simultaneously.

  • Support future-facing exploration, experimentation, and capability development while driving progress on active product priorities.

  • Help define future product opportunities, investment areas, experience roadmaps, and strategic bets.

  • Balance strategic ambition with practical execution to move concepts from vision into realized products, experiences, and programs.

  • Create pathways that allow long-term innovation and near-term delivery to progress in parallel.

Build Systems for Product and Creative Execution

  • Develop and improve operating models, planning frameworks, collaboration patterns, and delivery systems.

  • Establish scalable approaches that enable creative and cross-functional teams to define, build, and ship high-quality experiences.

  • Coordinate resources, timelines, dependencies, partner engagement, and stakeholder alignment across multiple initiatives.

  • Identify opportunities to improve effectiveness, decision-making, execution quality, and organizational health.

  • Help build repeatable systems for moving from ambiguous opportunity spaces to clear product direction and implementation.
