The Americas Enterprise Partner Go‑To‑Market (GTM) team is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to own GTM strategy, engagement, and execution with top services partners. You’ll deliver measurable ROI across priority solution areas—such as Copilot and Agentic AI for work, Cloud Migrations, and Data Security—by building data‑driven marketing plans, optimizing partner investments, and driving co‑sell motion and win amplification. This role partners closely with Partner Development Managers (PDMs), Channel, Sales, and cross‑functional stakeholders to land GTM plans that accelerate revenue and consumption.

Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Analyze market dynamics (trends, competitive landscape, customer behavior, whitespace) to inform GTM campaigns and partner selection.
- Lead execution of strategic GTM plans aligned to Partner Business Plans (PBP), advising partners on funnel strategy, content, messaging, tactics, and operations.
- Manage marketing investments to drive partner impact in priority areas.
- Activate multi‑tactic partner marketing campaigns, co‑sell offers, and win amplification.
Excellence in Partner Engagement
- Align partners to CSA & industry priorities through joint business planning and Americas integration; document and share joint value propositions.
- Collaborate with partner leaders and CMOs to tailor GTM plans to strengths and market positioning.
- Maximize investments via programs such as One Azure, Security Investment, Co‑Op, and EPI; leverage global tools to scale reach and increase direct partner activation.
- Drive partner readiness and designation attainment.
Drive Impact, Insights & Optimization
- Apply the Partner Marketing Funnel Framework to portfolio execution and outcomes.
- Activate GTM plans with partners and stakeholders, track KPIs, and adjust via monthly rhythm of business (RoB).
- Share insights and best practices; resolve GTM execution issues and engage the Center of Excellence (COE) when needed.
- Contribute to MBRs, QBRs, and business updates with data‑backed insights and examples.
Compliance & Trust
- Operate with a compliance‑first mindset; ensure privacy, brand, funding, SOW, and policy compliance.
- Respond to audits and complete compliance trainings timely.
Additional accountabilities
- Synthesize research and partner insights to inform partner strategy and solution area roadmaps; map partner capabilities to Microsoft goals.
- Execute full‑funnel marketing plans for solution/offer launches; ensure partner/channel readiness with consistent materials and toolkits.
- Design and measure end‑to‑end partner experiences; accelerate partner‑to‑partner co‑marketing.
- Manage allocated marketing funds; track investment utilization and ROI; comply with budgeting and policy requirements.
- Build trusted, executive‑level partner relationships; advise on GTM best practices and advocate for partner/customer needs internally.
- Lead account mapping to partner solutions and sales plays; drive demand generation to build partner co‑sell pipeline.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field AND 5+ years sales, marketing, or business development experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration, or related field AND 4+ years sales, marketing, technology-based, or business development experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Development, Business Management, Communications, or related field AND 6+ years sales, marketing, or business development experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience developing customer insights and incorporating them into innovative GTM plans with partners.
- Experience with public cloud platforms and solutions; foundational technical proficiency.
- Strong marketing fundamentals and lead qualification experience.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross‑team alignment and collaborate with senior partner leaders/CMOs.
- Experience with partner marketing programs and investment vehicles (e.g., One Azure, Security Investment, Co‑Op, EPI).
- Proven data‑driven decision making and ROI measurement.
Partner Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
