As part of Microsoft Frontier Company, the AI Business Solution team helps customers maximise their investment in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure AI services, and Microsoft Azure solutions through accelerated adoption, responsible AI use, and productive use of technologies. Responsibilities

The Business Process Project Manager (PjM) in the Microsoft AI Business Solution leads engagement delivery under a formal Statement of Work (SOW), ensuring predictable execution while driving measurable business outcomes, customer value, and delivery excellence on time, within budget, and aligned to customer objectives.

The Project Manager is responsible for delivery excellence, engagement quality, customer satisfaction, and business value realization.

The Project Manager manages difficult situations, facilitate conflict resolution, drive communications with Microsoft and customer leadership teams, and ensure responsible AI considerations are built into the overall project governance.

The Project Manager can operationally report to a Program Manager or Director as part of a larger engagement or programme and the role requires deep project management experience in a consulting organization, broad technology knowledge, and demonstrable experience delivering AI-enabled business process solutions.

The Project Manager has to bring a good understanding how Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure AI services, and Microsoft Azure support an organization’s digital transformation, and facilitates the successful deployment of complex ERP, CRM, automation, and AI-enabled solutions across multiple business teams and physical locations.

The Project Manager will help identify, pursue, and close strategic business development opportunities while continually driving add-on business within existing accounts. To accomplish this, the Project Manager has to be effective in fostering executive-level relationships and translating business needs into technology and AI-enabled solution outcomes that can be formulated in contracts and/or statements of work.

The Project Manager is a key enabler for the success of an engagement, orchestrating Microsoft architects, consultants, offshore resources, partners, and specialists across functional, technical, data, security, and AI disciplines. They manage the complete lifecycle of large and complex projects and demonstrate passion for customers through professionalism and excellence in all aspects of the customer experience.



Qualifications
  1. Eextensive years hands-on project management experience with large-scale enterprise, global ERP, CRM, automation, or AI-enabled business process solutions (such as Dynamics, Power Platform, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce.com, or similar) in multiple industries.
  2. Hands-on experience with customer engagement solutions and / or ERP solutions (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or comparable enterprise platforms).
  3. Agile project delivery experience.
  4. Strong inbound and outbound, executive and senior stakeholder management, with proven risk, scope, planning, and communication management and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous situations.
  5. Excellent proficiency in English and Dutch, and valid work permit and residency in the Netherlands.

Preferred qualifications

  • AI-enabled delivery experience or a demonstrated ability to leverage AI in project delivery, paired with a strong learning mindset.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 AI capabilities, or Azure AI services.
  • Experience gained in a software vendor or comparable transformation/consulting environment.
  • PMI PMP certification or equivalent certification


Consulting Project Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Netherlands is € 86,300.00 - € 151,600.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
