  • Assure QA/QC execution across CSA, MEP, and equipment installation scopes, including inspections, testing, verification activities, and quality documentation.
  • Partner with project, commissioning, and operations teams to ensure readiness for turnover, system energisation, and successful handover.
  • Use quality metrics, dashboards, defect trends, and field observations to identify emerging risks and drive continuous improvement across the project.
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, engineers, safety teams, commissioning teams, and key stakeholders to maintain visibility, accountability, and quality outcomes throughout delivery.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Significant experience leading construction quality management, QA/QC programmes, inspection governance, defect management, and non-conformance management on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience delivering quality programmes on complex, mission-critical, industrial, infrastructure, or data centre projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence contractors, drive accountability, and manage quality outcomes across multiple stakeholders in both field and project governance environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience working in hyperscale data centres, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical, energy, or other complex infrastructure projects.
