Overview
As a Cloud and AI Platform Solution Specialist, you will engage senior decision makers to identify and accelerate high-value sales opportunities, aligning Microsoft’s Cloud and AI solutions with customer priorities.
You will collaborate across teams and partners to drive AI- and cloud-led transformation, develop sales strategies, manage pipeline and forecasting, and act as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve their business and security goals.

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and understand their business, technology, and security priorities.
  • Lead complex sales opportunities and collaborate across teams and partners to drive customer outcomes.

Sales & Pipeline Management

  • Identify new opportunities and maintain a healthy sales and consumption pipeline.
  • Lead pipeline reviews to support accurate forecasting and sales targets.

Sales Strategy

  • Use market insights and whitespace analysis to identify opportunities and align Cloud and AI solutions with customer priorities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers adopt solutions that support their strategic goals and transformation.


Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience.

Additional or preferred qualifications

Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, Information Security, or related field AND 8+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 12+ years experience in technology-related sales or account management OR equivalent experience.
8+ years solution or services sales experience.
