The role: The ISV and Digital Native Center of Excellence group within Azure CXP delivers holistic engineering engagements and feedback-driven insights to innovate and create enablement experiences for customers who are delivering their solutions on the cloud. We are looking for a Program Manager to help lead and drive our business and operations capabilities who brings leadership, teamwork, and a vision to deliver success for our organization’s charter.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive the ROB and operations of the org, that ranges from Business Insights, Enablement, Readiness and Tools & Processes.
  • Works with cross-functional stakeholders to develop new programs and/or improve current ones to deliver customer success.
  • Define and land communication strategy with customers and stakeholders to amplify value prop and success.
  • Work closely with leadership to drive semester planning and land organizational priorities.
  • Develop business processes and tools to improve organizational efficiency and communication lines
  • Identify, analyze, and develop strategies to improve organizational health, including culture work, MS Poll initiatives, diversity and inclusion (D&I) priorities, rewards and recognition and other org and people health related actions

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, and negotiate and collaborate effectively
  • Bring analysis and reporting skills to help define and measure operational capablity and delivered impact
  • Relentless desire to continuously improve our business while keeping things (processes, tools, etc.) simple
  • Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communications skills that can applied across organizational levels, countries and cultures

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of relevant business experience with a track record of success in one or more of the following: business management, analysis and reporting, operations, project management and/or program management
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, or equivalent experience
