We are looking for motivated individuals that want to use their product mindset with a technical background to help drive and define specific requirements and SLAs or metrics on key areas for directory, authentication and authorization. You’ll work with a broad team of Product Managers and architects to help drive the final vision and delivery of big bets in the area.

Responsibilities

Key functions include:

• Write functional product specifications for requirements and metric definitions for core features.
• Help deliver modernization of identity, authentication and authorization platform across the Core team.
• Work with the main development team to track delivery of features, metrics and quality reports for various products.
• Solve and simplify problems in scale and availability for the main Core Directory and Authentication platform as our core product.
• Work with partner teams to understand needs and translate them to well defined and prioritized scenarios & requirements and plans to resolve any issues. Help build strong relationships with partners as they build on our platform.
• Define Objectives and Key results along with metrics (KPIs) and SLAs to measure success of our platform investments. Design monitoring capabilities and telemetry to support the SLA agreements with partners.
  
  

Qualifications

Required Qualifications to Include:

• Product Management or Technical Product Management background or equivalent.
• +1 year of experience in the area preferred but not required.
• Must be a highly driven individual, able to operate with less supervision, build plans, drive clarity in pursuing the outcomes.
• Knowledge of identity, authentication and authorization platforms preferred.
• Writing skills and good communication capabilities.
• Preferred background knowledge of security and cloud-based platforms & databases.
• Ability to easily grasp high cloud scale & distributed architectures.
• Capabilities for creative problem solving for product issues and customer needs.
• Deep focus on customers means delivering awesome and secure experiences & capabilities for our application developers.
• Tracking hard problems end-end with the core engineering team.
• Learning new technologies, AI model and security protocols, incorporate plans and ideas to leverage them.
