The Enablement & Operations (E&O) team’s purpose is to enable Microsoft Customer & Partner Solutions (MCAPS) to better serve every person and organization’s transformation and economic success. How? We design, build, and manage the levers that accelerate commercial growth—including compensation, business performance and insights, planning, skilling, and tooling and engineering. This role is part of the Sales Planning & Operations team within the E&O organization.
As a Business Program Manager, you will play a key role in a team committed to enhancing the capabilities of the entire Microsoft Customer & Partner Solutions (MCAPS) organization, fostering improved support for the transformation and economic success of every individual and organization.

Responsibilities
- As the Business Program Manager, you will partner with MCAPS core teams to define Run of Business / Insights and Analytics Package (RoB/IAP) metrics, data definitions, and application of metrics and views to specific Run of Business (RoB) meetings
- Partners with Core & Regional teams on alignment of data to RoB meeting preparation and templates
- Develops and lands key IAP insights that help Core & Regional leaders easily understand key levers to improving performance and critical standard deviations across Areas.
- Develops and drives program managment framework for MCAPS core team-sponsored landing activities and integration into RoB/IAP overall program roadmap.
- Leads MCAPS efforts on Market Share and Market Forecast with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure quarterly data is available to key Core & Field leaders.
- Works with field BSO Leads on data availability and usage in RoBs.
- Packages key insights monthly for distribution to sales leadership.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability, spanning 2+ years, to leverage data for creating actionable insights that contribute to advancing business goals.
- Proficiency in working both independently and collaboratively within a global team setting, fostering successful outcomes with virtual teams.
- Demonstrated collaboration skills, emphasizing the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
