The Global Customer Success (GCS) organization is leading the effort to create the desired customer experience through support offer creation, driving digital transformation across our tools, and delivering operational excellence across CE&S.
At Deployment Services & Venture Integration (DS+VI), our goal is to power One Services through a common operating model that simplifies and improves customer and employee experience. Our team drives a broad range of shared services functions that include Operations, Data and Business Intelligence, Learning and Development, Role Excellence, Business Solutions & Tools, and Readiness for both the Enterprise Services and Customer Support and Services Business.
We are currently seeking a Business Program Manager to join our DS+VI team. As a critical part of the team, you will be responsible for driving beginning-to-end support strategy and successfully planning and executing services change and Release Excellence across the Services business.
In this role, you will engage with key stakeholders and business owners to understand requirements and incorporate them into an overall roadmap. Your success metrics will include scheduling, coordination of resources, risk mitigation, and communication plans of numerous releases per month and tracking the overall release pipeline.

Responsibilities
The candidate for this position should possess significant cross-group coordination, proficient written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to drive collaborative discussions with key stakeholders. You will need to communicate at many organizational levels and develop and foster effective cross-functional relationships. You will bring methodical Program and Project Management skills, be interested in, and able to understand and develop support strategies along with the ability to focus at a detailed level on project tasks, simultaneously.
As a Business Program Manager within DS+VI, you will need to be passionate, a strategic thinker, and conscientious. You will also need to show an aptitude for seeking creative solutions to multifaceted problems and must have attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment is required. The successful candidate must be able to influence senior managers and individual contributors to achieve consensus and drive the planning of actions/deliverable with a virtual team.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years release, project, or program management experience.
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, technical degrees or degree in related field AND 4+ years release, project, or program management experience.
- OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, technical degree, or degree in related field AND 3+ years release, project, or program management experience.
- 4+ years experience working with Microsoft Azure.
- 1+ years experience working with PowerBI.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- Citizenship & Citizenship Verification:
- This role will require access to information that is controlled for export under U.S. export control regulations, potentially under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations or the Export Administration Regulations. As a condition of employment, the successful candidate will be required to provide proof of citizenship, U.S. permanent residency or other protected status under 8 U.S.C.
- 1324b(a)(3) for assessment of eligibility to access the export-controlled information. To meet this legal requirement, citizenship will be verified via a valid passport.

- 10+ years release, project, or program management experience.
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 7+ years release, project, or program management experience.
- OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, technical degree, or degree in related field AND 5+ years release, project, or program management experience.
- 5+ years experience working in the customer service industry.
- 3+ years experience in customer service and support.
- 1+ years experience working with Power Automate.
- Microsoft Azure Certification.
