  • As a Business Program Manager you will own the end-end operation and program management for the Sales Incentives data services such as quota, budgets, targets, actuals, revenue.
  • Manage the engagement with data providers and establish quality measures, Objectives and Key Results (OKR's), timelines and Service Level Agreements (SLA's) for data availability in alignment with business objectives
  • Partner with the Sales Incentives Plan Design team in review of new strategic bets – such as new incentive plans, programs, concepts and plan the implementation.
  • Create requirements for innovative scenarios and features for improving the quality of the data services and partner with engineering teams for delivering them.
  • Analyze data, investigate any issues raised by the stakeholders and plan resolution to maintain the quality of the data service.
  • Drive prioritization across several scenarios and features and plan out delivery timelines that meet the business objectives.
  • Drive communications with the WWIC leadership team for the scenarios you are accountable for.
  • Drive risk management / mitigation of your scenarios as necessary
  • Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for your scenario to ensure the acceptance criteria is met.
  • Partner with change management leads for driving change management of the scenario you own and ensure strong adoption.
  • Drive data reconciliations to ensure strong quality of the data used for paying incentives to Microsoft sellers.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Engineering or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, engineering, process management, process improvement Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
    • OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications

  • A background or interest in data analysis, and data management and technologies such as SQL, ADLS, Databricks, Synapse, COSMOS, Excel pivot tables, Power Business Intelligence etc.
  • Track record of successfully building relationships across the teams and with key partners, and balancing tactical operational issue management with longer term planning.
  • Experience identifying and managing cross-functional interdependencies, including ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues and managing and working across multiple projects, programs and business functions.

Business Program Management IC4-The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $91,800 - $178,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $117,900 - $195,000 per year.
