We are seeking a motivated Product Manager to help bring new & differentiated security solutions to market through the combination of best-of-breed and best-of-suite security capabilities. You will partner with security, services, and engineering teams to create, scale, and deliver new security solutions that are driven by innovation, quality, and reliability. The scale of Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity operations means that you will be partnering with a diverse, worldwide team ensuring that our solutions are best in class for the world.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product areas end-to-end including building vision and strategy, define roadmap and drive execution for successful results.
  • Think holistically and strategically. Ability to plan, organize, and manage complex technical challenges
  • Analyze customer and market signals to identify customers’ unmet or unknown needs. Work closely and build trust with customers to help direct product roadmap and improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other Microsoft product teams for integration on key scenarios by identifying potential value and shared ROI and lead the delivery of joint experiences.
  • Drive business impact across the organization and track success criteria and performance metrics. Be data driven with ongoing analysis of usage data.
  • Conceptualize complex ideas quickly and convey those thoughts to others in a clear, effective manner.
  • Define features and own their backlog, work with Research, Engineering and Design teams to align on trade-offs, and partners with Product Marketing on the disclosure of the roadmap and outbound communication.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in cross-group, cross-functional product management roles
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills and result-oriented
  • Experience in cybersecurity
  • Technical background or Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related domains
  • Technical curiosity and aptitude to quickly understand service capabilities, technical issues, and customer needs
  • Experience in leading large product initiatives and programs across multiple disciplines such as marketing, sales, customer success, engineering, research, design, etc.
  • Data driven individual with a passion for ongoing self-learning, experimenting and improving.
  • Great collaboration and communication skills and ability to engage customers, key org stakeholders and team members.
