We are looking for a Business Program Manager for the Microsoft Security Research (MSecR) Executive Office in Microsoft Security who will support the Chief of Staff in supporting the Rhythm of Business (RoB) activities, organizational health, and managing various programs and projects, including driving planning cycles to support business needs. You will help with creating, improving, and managing processes related to various team needs including but not limited to metrics management, information delivery initiatives, content on team 'kiosks', SharePoint management, Teams management, and other tasks related to running the business and our culture.

Responsibilities
- Oversee, develop or improve programs/projects ensuring both efficiency and effectiveness meeting business objectives and needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive business planning cycles, create, develop, and manage SharePoint site to provide various kinds of content, such as Power BI reports, policy documents, and workflow process visualization
- Gather, organize, coordinate, and publish updates for information kiosk
- Helps with creating collateral and publication materials related to the organizations supported by the Chief of Staff
- Responsible for D&I and Culture Initiatives under the guidance of the Chief of Staff, e.g., developing branding, etc. and overseeing key initiatives to improve the organization
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field AND 4+ years work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, PowerBI, and Visio
- 4+ years of experience in creating content and collateral
- 4+ years of experience building and maintaining SharePoint site with Power BI integration
- 4+ years of experience with Adobe Cloud
- Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent experience in relevant fields, e.g., business administration, business operations, information management, computer science, etc. with a minor in marketing or similar field
- Effective written and oral communication skills
