Responsibilities
- Provide finance business partnership to respective supply chain functions such as sourcing, inventory planning, freight and logistics, warehousing, and distribution. Provide key drivers through monthly management reporting, influence business decisions with insights and recommendations, drive ownership and accountability with KPIs.
- Advise management on the financial impact of various alternatives and recommend preferred course of action to drive strategic business decisions.
- Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams in accounting, supply chain, operations, and engineering functions to align supply chain objectives and initiatives with the overall business goals and vision.
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and risk mitigation across the supply chain network.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for the supply chain operations, such as rates performance, inventory balance, supply, and return on investment.
- Own the financial reporting/planning/budgeting/forecasting and analysis processes of respective finance areas.
- Focus on continuous improvement and process excellence, simplify and automate processes, systems and tools in respective areas.
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
- OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 2+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field
- OR equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in finance / business and/or product planning.
- Experience in supply chain, related business modeling, Profit /Loss (P&L) management, and inventory management.
- Experience effectively managing multiple projects, attention to detail, and work effectively under deadlines.
- Familiarity with MS Finance and supply chain tools and processes.
- Experience using MS Excel and financial modeling tools
- Experience communicating with all levels of management
- Must have experiene with collaboration and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity, influencing across multiple complex organizations, creating effective internal business partnerships
