We must help our customers see the value of our security solutions by securing deals and ensuring we capture customer feedback to improve our solution for their needs. This role requires the ability to deliver top-notch customer engagements, ensure a great customer and partner experience, and drive a data-driven customer/engineering feedback loop that is measured in minutes. We are focused on scaling out to meet these challenges in the face of incredible growth. We have developed a number of at-scale programs, which have a dependency on automation and tools, that have been developed within the team and this role will play an important part in supporting and further development of the initiatives. This role will primarily be focused on the labs and automation behind those programs but will also put the right candidate in a great position to explore other roles within CxE at a later stage.

Responsibilities
This will be a highly technical role suitable for someone who is self-motivated and has a passion for learning. You will work within the Security Pre-Intent CxE team working across multiple product workloads and across multiple teams to identify additional opportunities to develop and drive new at-scale workloads. You would also likely be involved in the delivery of these new workloads to customers whilst they are piloted and refined.

- Assist with development of new labs builds
- Assist with lab creation
- Define demos
- Create walkthrough guides
- Create initial presentation content
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- PowerShell
- ARM Templates
- Logic Apps
- Azure Automation
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
- This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Strong focus on learning and growth mindset
Demonstrate flexibility and build out scalable programs as we evolve from a startup to a mature service
Preferred/Additional Qualifications
- In-depth architect-level knowledge of M365 security offerings, expectation is level 300-400 on at least one of the workloads.
- DevOps experience with security
- C# experience would be a plus to support/develop some tools in use by the team
