Microsoft Federal is looking to hire a Account Team Unit Manager to support the Department of Navy.

The Department of Navy sales leader leads a team focused on supporting one of the most important customers groups within Microsoft.

Significant experience in software, cloud delivery and effectively working with technical teams

Ability to lead organizations and people at-scale, across multiple locations
Demonstrated ability to lead disruptive and transformational efforts

Required/Minimum Qualifications
- 13+ years experience in working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education, Technology) and/or driving digital transformation
- OR Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education, Technology) and/or driving digital transformation
- OR Master's Degree AND 9+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education, Technology) and/or driving digital transformation.
- 8+ years experience making recommendations to and/or collaborating with mid-to-senior level executives.
- 8+ years experience closing large, complex agreements/deals.
- Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of U.S citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions. Specifically, this position supports United States federal, state, and/or local United States government agency customers and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by applicable law. To meet this legal requirement, citizenship will be verified via a valid passport.
- Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This role will require access to information that is controlled for export under U.S. export control regulations, potentially under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations or the Export Administration Regulations.��� As a condition of employment, the successful candidate will be required to provide proof of citizenship, U.S. permanent residency or other protected status under 8 U.S.C.
- 1324b(a)(3) for assessment of eligibility to access the export-controlled information. To meet this legal requirement, citizenship will be verified via a valid passport.
- Cloud Screening:Candidates must be able to successfully complete and pass a Microsoft Cloud background screening. Required Cloud Screenings will be administered on a recurring bi-annual basis.
