We are on the front lines of innovation, working side-by-side with customers to drive value across the entirety of their digital transformation journey.

Industry Solutions focusses primarily on the global enterprises with HQ in Sweden and our main objective is to ensure customer value through the usage across the Microsoft cloud platform. Specifically here we are looking to enhance our capabilities primarily by supporting a broader set of customers with highest potential to grow the business.

Responsibilities

  • Business Growth: Actively works on strategic customer planning vs selected accounts with the core account team. Creates and supports the pipeline and drives deals towards close to meet sales targets. Combines Microsoft industry offerings with horizontal core technologies like AI to maximize the customer value and accomplish a ROI business case approach. Secures long term targets with short term activities needed to balance the pipeline.
  • Business Excellence: Upholds highest standard in CRM and sales pipeline tools. Ensures pipeline coverage vs targets. Supports and contributes to the account planning and ACR cadence for the respective account teams. Works with partners where applicableto to accelerate deployment & adoption & drive digital transformation with selected customers.
  • People & Culture: Acitvely contributes to Microsofts valuesand adopts a growth mindset approach as in always learning and sharing. Industry Solutions is highly diversified business and often spans multiple timezones as well as cultures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or technology related field AND multiple years of experience in Sales, Advertising, or Marketing and/or driving business growth or customer digital transformation, sales management, or leadership
  • OR master’s degree in business administration degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field AND proven years of experience in Sales, Advertising, or Marketing and/or driving business growth or customer digital transformation, sales management, or leadership
  • OR equivalent experience.
