Microsoft’s Cloud business is experiencing explosive growth, and the Capacity, Supply Chain & Provisioning (CSCP) organization is responsible for enabling the infrastructure underlying this growth. Our mission is to deliver the world’s computer with an industry-leading supply chain. CSCP is responsible for strategic sourcing, customer demand forecasting, capacity planning and management, supply chain planning and execution, capacity provisioning, and decommissioning and dispositioning of datacenter assets worldwide.
Within Azure Hardware Systems & Infrastructure, the Spares Parts team is responsible for ensuring that the right spare parts, are in the right place, at the right time in support of delivering global capacity requirements. We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and experienced Regional Program Manager Supply Chain professional to proactively manage demand and supply activities for specific hardware product within the Cloud space. In this role you may also manage and enable proactive Spare Parts Life Cycle decisions by influencing and executing cross-fucntional activities. This role will operate in a global, dynamic and fast-paced environment. In this role, you will ensure that we provide and enable core equipment in support of global teams by engineering and managing robust processes for reliable delivery of Service Parts to our datacenters worldwide.

Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for datacenter stakeholders in the US region, enabling a timely response to any topic related to spares / warranty support return merchandizse authorization (RMA) replacements, resolution to support tickets, etc.) to include stakeholder engagements and escalation management
- Ensure clarity of goals and objectives for the US region, inspiring others to deliver the roadmap of improvement opportunities while simultaneously executing and transforming the business.
- Build collaborative relationships with datacenter and campus contacts in-region, acting as the voice of the customer into the Spares and Warranty Supply Chain organization. Leveraging an understanding of internal customer roadmaps, feedback, business reviews, and analytics, drive clarity on key datacenter pain points and actions needed to ensure world-class spares availability and service.
- As a key role in the Spares Supply Chain organization and face to datacenters in a US region, enable the implementation of a multi-year, in-process warranty transformation journey. Ensure that new processes and systems impacting datacenter touch points are proactively understood, managed for risk, and implemented with success.
- Drive optimization and simplification in fulfillment processes and tools for the Spares and Warranty Supply Chain. Due to the high volume and dynamic nature of the spares fulfillment space, ensure clarity on high vs. low business impacting priorities and actions needed to scale to progressively increasing volumes.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Statistics, or related field AND 2+ years experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, operations-related roles, or engineering
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience working with Technology, Cloud Services and/or Supply Chain Management
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Prior experience in spares supply chain and / or fulfillment processes
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in data analytics to include Excel, Power BI, etc.
- Lean-Six Sigma experience
