Overview

Join us to shape the future of OneDrive. We’re seeking a Principal Group Product Manager to lead the OneDrive Photos & Mobile team, responsible for delighting our customers and driving business growth across consumers, small business users, and enterprises. Keys to success encompass cultivating empathy for our customers, facilitating partnerships across the company, coaching and growing a stellar set of Product Managers (PM), and providing strategic clarity for our investments. The focus areas for this role include our mobile apps, monetization responsibilities, and bold ambition in the Photos space.

We’re looking for you to bring your unique voice and perspective to our team!

About Our Purpose

Files (and folders) are some of a handful of core computing human interface concepts that have survived – and thrived – over the last fifty years. We believe that they continue to be as relevant today as they have ever been, and that enabling our customers to engage with their files, wherever they are, is a critical capability for Microsoft to deliver.

Along the way, the digitization of photos and democratization of photography with the modern smartphone have continued to create new opportunities and robust experiences for each of us to experience more – whether reliving powerful memories, sharing them with the people we care about, or having the right tool, at the right time, to capture and use those capabilities.

With opportunities in our core mobile & content experiences, and in collaboration with key partners like Windows, Office, Teams, and more, we build solutions to deliver content organization and collaboration solutions for customers across the planet.

About Our Team And Culture

We are a modern PM organization running product management for one of the largest business & consumer services on the planet and the second biggest workload in Microsoft 365. The team runs lean with high span of control among managers and more senior PMs than company average, ensuring high impact from the PM team and a focus on product and customers. We empower our industry leading design and user research teams to lead the user experience of our product. And, we take a direct role in framing our business value directly to our customers and vibrant community of fans.

We work at establishing clear hypotheses, experimenting on our opportunities, and delivering real change that has measurable impact every day. In doing so, we pair thoughtful empathy for our customers with a growth mindset in how we consider and approach each opportunity. We aim to hear every voice and continue to strive to be a data-driven team that keeps customers sharply in focus.

We have an awesome responsibility to our customers to help transform their content needs with Microsoft 365. Learn more about our team and culture at http://aka.ms/getsmart .
