As a member of the Identity & Network Access, Entra Core Services Business Unit, Reliability, Resiliency & Livesite (R2L) Technical Program Manager Rock Stars, you will be part of dynamic team that is passionate about providing the World’s Most Reliable Identity Services.
You will partner with fellow program managers and service team engineers to drive improvement in Identity livesite/devops operations in order to not only prevent outages before they happen but also to accerelerate our ability to communicate and mitigate outages faster when they do happen. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, defining, and driving improvements across the IDNA service model. You will accelerate your career development through the opportunity to lead identification of project priorities and build your analytic problem skills, creating clarity and driving business outcomes through objective and key results (OKRs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND Experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development

Responsibilities
Conduct Data Analysis & Deliver Data Visualizations
- Collect performance metrics and KPIs to identity opportunities for livesite improvement and to surface business objectives and key results (OKRs).
- Mine data sources and develop data visualizations that drive improvement in operations.
- Identify and drive implementation of automated solutions to make livesite process more efficient.
- Foster a learning culture by leading learning sessions to review service disruptions and drive adoption of new livesite processes for continuous improvement.
- Build, develop and maintain highly collaborative and effective working relationships with key stakeholders to foster cooperation and continuous feedback loops.
- Manage multiple customer and partner engagements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND Experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
- Experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team programs and projects including securing buying, driving accountability and delivery OKR-measured results both as an individual and within a team.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills at all organization levels
- Ability to implement new processes and secure buy-in from a cross functional team.
- Experience with cloud infrastructures like Azure or AWS
- Experience with reporting and data analysis systems & platforms (e.g., Power BI, SAP, etc.).
