Enterprise Voice is a strategic customer advisory program that enables and accelerates the success of Azure Data customers and product teams. Members of the Enterprise Voice team work closely with enterprise customers and with leaders across multiple product teams in high-impact, high-visibility engagements.

Responsibilities
- Engage with enterprise customer organizations to deeply understand their scenarios, priorities, and challenges.
- Collaborate closely with the Microsoft Field teams to help drive product adoption.
- Work closely with Microsoft product teams to influence product direction and strategy.
- Apply customer development and product development best practices assist product teams apply customer input at all stages in the product lifecycle.
- Document lessons learned for training, content, and future product feature prioritization.
- Embody our culture and values.
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND significant experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience using customer development processes and tools to inform software product and feature development
- Experience working collaboratively to define and communicate strategic goals.
- Experience working independently to achieve strategic goals.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
- This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of senior business and technical decision makers and their requirements for modern data solutions.
- Experience using Power BI and Azure Data products and services.
