To help drive this effort, Microsoft is investing in the creation of Customer Success dedicated team that will play a key role in helping Microsoft customers achieve this digital transformation through successful adoption of Microsoft Cloud solution and Services.
The Customer Success team will drive change management and adoption activities with key business decision makers and IT decision makers, helping reduce implementation risk, driving usage of existing solutions, and identifying opportunities to accelerate the path for customers to realize business value from their investments.
We are looking for a high-energy, Senior Technical Program Manager to drive the orchestration and cross-group activities to enable the consumption strategy within the Global Customer Success org for Data & AI. You will develop and manage the orchestration design for field execution based on customer journey/flows for each key sales and consumption play. As the Global Senior Technical Program Manager for this workload, you will partner with the Field, Engineering, Marketing, Solutons, Partner, and Services organizations to gather and organize the collateral for each prioritiy motion and campaign in alignment with the overall consumption strategy including coordinating sign offs from the appropriate stakeholders.
This role is flexible in that you can work up to 100% from home.

Responsibilities
Drive the orchestration guidance and consumption initiative collateral for the Azure Data Services solutions
- Collaborate with the Field, Global CSU, Engineering, Marketing, Solutions, Partner, and Services orgs to develop the collateral for consumption priority initiatives including clear guidance for a simplified, consistent field resource experience
- Support the landing of the consumption initiatives with the field resources and coordinate the readiness activities needed to drive adoption
- Gather feedback on the initiatives and content from the field and customers/partners to feed into ongoing evolution of the strategy
- Accountability for the growth and target attainment on the worldwide business for this solution space
- Support the performance of the business on the leading indicators and KPIs for the business at the geo, segment levels
- Identify, capture, and communicate customer, partner, and field insights on this solution space to inform the consumption strategy as well as overall business strategy
- Technical Program Management to drive field adoption and execution of the priority initiatives
- Unblock and Accelerate key engagements through hands-on execution as needed
- Gather execution insights to inform design and strategy for the initiative and the business
- Depth of knowledge on program management best practices and subject matter knowledge on consumption of Data & AI services.
- Learnings and insights on the strengths and weaknesses of competitive offerings and market trends related to this solution space
- Expertise on the field Cloud Solution Architect perspective including the effectiveness of specific plays, guidance, and collateral as well as the keys to delivering a simplified, consistent field experience for this solutions space
- Enterprise customer experience in cloud-based solutions. Experience engaging with enterprise customers either in the sales or technical architect or program management roles for Data Platform, Analytics, AI, or Application Development solutions in the cloud required
- Cloud Depth and Breadth. Knowledge and experiecnce on conceptual or solutions architecture of cloud-based data platform workloads preferably across Azure Data Services scenarios required.
- Business Results accountability. Experience in roles that had primary accountability for business results including revenue targets and KPI execution required
- Profficient Communicator. Clear people, negotiation, organizational, presentation, deep technical product demo, writing, and verbal communication skills required.
- Market Maker. Experienced Leadership with influencing key technical decision makers, influencers, business decision makers and peers required.
- Performer. Highly-driven, motivated person who consistently exceeds goals and expectations required.

Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering or product/technical program management
- OR equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
- 4+ years of related experience in technical pre-sales and/or technical consulting roles preferred
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management
- OR equivalent experience
- 6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
- 1+ year(s) experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos)
- Certification in domain-specific technologies (Data Engineer, Azure Data Services platform certification) desired
