Overview
We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated and creative strategic thinker to join our Revenue Enablement Team to own our enablement tools and associated programs at GitHub. In this role, you will implement complex solutions at scale across the organization and across various stakeholder groups. This includes the implementation, strategy, and day-to-day execution, troubleshooting, administration, and data-driven impact with each of our enablement tools. You will seek out strategic relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to understand organizational goals and productivity opportunities associated with tools, and to strategize and build key programs that leverage tools to drive efficiency, optimization, and impact.
You will be a highly collaborative, energetic, creative and accountable strategic advisor and business partner to the revenue teams. You should be knowledgeable and passionate about enablement and operational excellence, and have experience launching large scale enablement tools to revenue audiences.

The base salary range for this job is USD $89,200.00 - USD $236,600.00 /Yr.
These pay ranges are intended to cover roles based across the United States. An individual's base pay depends on various factors including geographical location and review of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant. At GitHub certain roles are eligible for benefits and additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These rewards are allocated based on individual impact in role. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.

Responsibilities
Day-to-day Readiness and Training
- Develops and implements strategic processes to ensure the successful adoption of our enablement tools by 1,300 users. This includes leveraging platforms like Guru, Seismic, Gong, and other enablement technologies to support program rollouts, create impactful content, facilitate virtual activities, coach managers, streamline onboarding, and drive other key enablement initiatives.
- Manages enablement technology platforms and sales tools, providing in-workflow and/or AI-based, best practice recommendations to leverage and utilize tools to help revenue teams, including ongoing implementation requests.
- Identifies complex and critical problems through regular meetings with leadership and key stakeholders. Prioritizes critical problems to solve based on business needs and strategic impact.
- Determines the appropriate solution to problems of varying complexity to drive productivity for revenue teams. Creates workstreams in order to maximize customer facing and revenue generating time
- Communicates project updates to appropriate audiences through various GitHub channels (e.g., Slack, email, Teams, Guru cards).
- Understands the shared enablement efforts within the Microsoft and GitHub ecosystem.
- Builds and owns the Microsoft and partner integrations for the revenue tool stack, owning content governance and maintenance for all parties involved
- Prioritizes stakeholder needs in line with GitHub strategy and business plans. Sets stakeholder expectations for project timeline and scope. Communicates priorities and maintains transparency to stakeholders concerning decision-making and project planning.
- Identifies and develops strategic relationships with internal change management counterparts, area leadership and stakeholders, and partners, working closely for mutual success. Works closely with a broad range of stakeholders across segments and products (e.g., Field Enablement, Global Enablement, Revenue Leadership (sales, customer success, and technical roles), Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations) to ensure alignment and delivery of the best customer and partner experiences possible.
- Sets leading and lagging business metrics with minimal adjustments to correlate enablement projects and engagements with business outcomes. Leverages data to inform learning initiatives and knowledge sharing.
- Works with the Revenue Operations teams, including analytics, to develop and maintain important metrics, dashboards, and reporting in order to make recommendations on program improvements
- Develops and operationalizes a feedback loop which captures and prioritizes the metrics needed to inform program vision/scope/planning. This includes leveraging collected CSAT scores to inform future solutions and initiatives.

Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years experience in Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Consulting, Enablement, Change Management, or related field
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Operations, Finance or related field AND 5+ years experience in Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Consulting, Enablement, Change Management, or related field
- OR Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Operations, Finance or related field AND 3+ years experience in Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, Consulting, Enablement, Change Management, or related field
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years experience working in Revenue Enablement with experience owning enablement tools and/or tool features
- 1+ years experience developing and maintaining data metrics, dashboards, and reporting to track the impact of enablement programs
- 1+ years experience in program or project management with skills in scoping, designing, and implementing strategic processes for tool adoption
- Expertise in managing and optimizing enablement platforms like Guru, Seismic, and Microsoft integrations.
- Experience designing and scaling programs to large audiences (100+)
- Ability to manage content governance, maintenance, and integration of partner tools, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective tool utilization.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally to drive program improvements with various teams such as: Project Management Office (PMO), Deal Desk, Sales Operations, and Analytics.
