Join us as a Senior HRIS Analyst! You will play a key role in the development and deployment of extensive HRIS initiatives. If you are a tech-savvy professional well-versed in Human Resources (HR) systems, healthcare regulations across the US and globally, and operational workflows, this position also demands deep project management and execution skills. You will oversee the flawless roll-out of benefits programs, ensuring precise system setups, project rollouts, and ongoing management. Positioned at the heart of our HR structure, the role involves collaboration with multiple teams—Benefits Program, HR Services Delivery, HR Privacy, CELA (Corporate Entities and Legal Affairs), and Microsoft Digital—to drive impactful healthcare technology projects. Your proficiency will be crucial in merging our internal systems and specialized solutions, making you the trusted authority for sophisticated, top-tier HRIS program introductions that bolster our HR service framework and empower our leaders, managers, staff, and the HR division at large.

Required/Minimum Qualifications
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $122,000 - $200,500 per year.
Launch Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $115,000 - $200,300 per year.
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $146,200 - $219,200 per year.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with HR Process Owners and Microsoft Digital to develop comprehensive release plans, ensuring system readiness and risk mitigation.
- Co-manage and prioritize product enhancements, influencing delivery timelines in partnership with Microsoft Digital for integration-related improvements.
- Assess the impact of HRIS solution design and deployment, consulting with HR Policy & Process leads to minimize customization and ensure global operational ecosystem alignment.
- Lead HRIS changes and enhancements, maintaining data integrity, security, and compliance within the HR ecosystem.
- Develop scenarios and test cases, generate test data, troubleshoot issues, and ensure product system readiness for HR launch.
- Participate in the design and monitoring of internal controls, partnering with Microsoft Digital to understand IT controls and implement business data validation processes.
- Work with Business Delivery and Workstream Leads to identify business requirements and ensure scalable end-to-end process solutions across service centers.
- Utilize expertise in US Benefits and Healthcare guidelines to evaluate HRIS launch risks, develop mitigation plans, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Independently develop launch plans and strategies, leveraging minimal guidance for maximum efficiency.

Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Business Supply Chain, Finance, Business Management, Accounting, Human Resources (HR), Organizational Development or related field AND 4+ years Operations or Process Design or Program/Project Management experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Business Supply Chain, Finance, Business Management, Accounting, Human Resources (HR), Organizational Development or related field AND 8+ years Operations or Process Design or Program/Project Management experience
- OR Master's Degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field AND 6+ years Operations or Process Design or Program/Project Management experience
- OR equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of change management principles and experience implementing technology changes from new launches.
- Familiarity with HR readiness demos, open enrollment processes, and benefits portals.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Adeptness in navigating the current landscape and adapting to changes, ensuring compliance with Healthcare Benefit, and/or benefit regulations, and effectively mitigating associated risks, all facilitated by close collaboration with relevant stakeholders
