We’re on the lookout for a talented and passionate Creative Producer to help build the next wave of capabilities of our personal AI companion, Copilot. We're looking for someone who has experience and passion for driving the end-to-end process of setting design vision and execution for innovative zero-to-one consumer products. We’re looking for someone with an abundance of positive energy, empathy, and kindness, in addition to being highly effective. The right candidate takes the initiative and enjoys building world-class consumer experiences and products in a fast-paced environment. This is a player/coach role. In addition to setting vision and direction, the ideal candidate can execute craft at pace within our design principles.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in product or service design
OR Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product or service design
OR equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems).
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years' experience as a Creative Producer.
- Experience with recruiting great and diverse talent.
- Hands-on experience working with voice talent, working with them in studio as well.
Product Design IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.

Responsibilities
- Lead casting process of Copilot voices.
- Implement and drive voice product strategy.
- Coordinate with studios, talent, agents and external partners.
- Drive building world-class AI applications that will delight consumers across Copilot, Edge, Bing, Windows and Mobile.
- Own a product area and be responsible for understanding user needs and behaviors, defining product requirements, managing end-to-end product development, launches and iterations.
- Find a path to get things done despite roadblocks to get your work into the hands of users quickly and iteratively.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, design-driven, product development cycle.
- Translate business goals into strategy, user experience and technical requirements in close collaboration with UX designers and AI model training teams.
- Define goals and performance indicators, set up and oversee experiments, measure success with data and research.
- Collaborate effectively and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to build exceptional consumer-grade applications.
- Embody our culture and values.
- Pre-Production. Participate in making individual assets in the production of Concept/Prototype Art, and seek guidance from others initially and when faced with challenges. Provide insight into solutions and seek continuous input from senior team members
- Production. Research and apply guidelines and principles received from senior team members (e.g., Art Director, Art Lead) to create assets, receive feedback, and iterate on work. Collaborate with cross-team members to support quality assurance efforts
- Collaboration. Actively seek feedback during the design process and implement into art process duties and iterations to ensure baseline standards are met. Receive feedback positively. Provide peer support and feedback. Collaborate with leaders and direct self to complete tasks assigned by manager. Own elements of their work. Participate and present ideas in creative discussions, teams, brainstorms, and review with immediate team to facilitate effective communication with the team. Communicate with leaders. Communicate problems, issues, status updates, documentation, knowledge sharing, etc.
