We're seeking a passionate, customer driven Senior Product Manager with experience in cybersecurity and security solutions to develop AI-driven security solutions based on Zero Trust, collaborating with Security Research, UX, and engineering teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in Product
• 4+ years of people management experience.
• 2+ years of experience in security.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Security technologies, Cybersecurity, and experience with Entra, Intune, and Endpoint Security.
• Software industry background with 5+ years of experience delivering technical products as a product or program manager through cross-team efforts.

Preferred Qualifications

• An understanding/ experience in cyber security/ security research
• Written and verbal communication/presentation skills at all levels of the organization, technical and non‐technical.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams to deliver high-impact results.
• Experience as a key contributor towards designing, shipping, and operating large-scale, cloud services.
• Experience in building and growing diverse teams with strong people development skills.
• Project management, leadership, and cross‐group collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize, plan, and execute.

This Individual contributor role will require to work across multiple teams with focus on following responsibilities:

• Lead a team of outstanding product managers and security Analysts.
• Gain comprehensive knowledge of the Defender for Endpoint solution for cross-platform workloads, including Linux Server endpoints.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and identify unique integration and innovation opportunities to enhance their experience.
• Translate customer requirements into a well-defined product roadmap, backlog, and specifications with measurable objectives.
• Define KPIs and analyse data to uncover key insights.
• Collaborate with Security teams across Microsoft to deliver excellence through strategy, execution, and delivery.
