We are eager to find a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategic investments in our Data Platform solution. Our platform provides real-time data/telemetry, service/product insights and metrics to Teams users and Microsoft internal Product & Engineering teams. In this role, you will own a broad charter that impacts various Microsoft product verticals- Teams, Azure Communication Services, Graph. The role requires product vision, strategic thinking, customer empathy, technology depth, passion for development of cutting-edge data solutions powering variety of scenarios including data engineering, usage, quality, analytics reporting, business intelligence, and AI/ML initiatives. You will serve as a proficient in for your area by setting the long-term direction/roadmap for features development and investments using data and customer insights, by driving the development process in partnership with the software engineering teams and by collecting feedback from customers after release to refine the roadmap for future releases.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills, with experience and passion for cloud-scale services.
- Experience with customer-driven engineering, unpacking customer/developer needs into requirements and design.
- Proven ability to develop product/program strategy and roadmap, and drive project execution.
- Demonstrated success in creating an environment that fosters delivering results through collaboration in cross-organization projects with sense of personal ownership and accountability.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,000 - $218,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,800 - $238,600 per year.

Responsibilities
- Drive building scalable, compliant, high-available data systems and tools that support Microsoft product groups- Teams, Azure Communication Services, Graph to name a few.
- Translate business goals into strategy and technical requirements documents for systems solutions, measure success with data.
- Provide feedback and influence feature teams how to best create and use data for their scenarios.
- Partner with other Microsoft wide Product and Engineering Groups to drive execution and demonstrate end to end ownership of complex, cross-group projects to successful completion.
- Drive roadmap, planning cadence, prioritization discussions and bring visibility to your team’s contributions with the Microsoft wide stakeholder group through regular program updates.
