Overview

Microsoft is delivering AI for all with Microsoft 365 Copilot, your new AI assistant. You will work directly with enterprise customers to help them unlock the value of AI across their organization, along with the entire Microsoft 365 platform and Surface devices. In the Modern Work Customer Success Unit in Germany, we are looking for passionate, experienced, and credible Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) with a drive for developing and winning strategic opportunities that deliver end-to-end Modern Work thought leadership driving significant customer value and enabling transformational customer outcomes, with a specific focus on Microsoft 365 Copilot.

You will drive the day-to-day execution of Microsoft's strategic business priorities – develop best-in-class cloud services and platforms to our managed customers and build digital transformation momentum for our customers, partners, and Microsoft. Your exceptional post sales skills, deep understanding of enterprise needs, and ability to build strong customer relationships will be instrumental in achieving consumption targets and driving customer success.

As a Modern Work CSA, focused on Microsoft 365 Copilot, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by generating pipeline, engaging with prospective clients, building strong relationships, and support sales. It will be essential to understand the specific ROI & ROE to bring AI into the workplace of your specific customer set.

Basic Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Technology Management.
  • Passion for technology and customer obsessed.
  • Displays strong stakeholder and relationship management across senior leaders, partners, and customers.
  • Enthusiasm towards leading technologies and motivation to learn and grow.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills in German as well as English.
  • You must be legally authorised to work in Germany to be eligible for this role. (Legally authorised = has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit).

Responsibilities

The purpose of the Customer Success Unit is to guide our customers to better deploy, adopt, and gain long-term business value from their investment in Microsoft. In turn, their successes will ensure we grow our Microsoft 365 consumption. Ultimately, when customers are successful, we are successful. Cloud Solution Architects (CSA) – a customer facing role - drive high priority customer initiatives on the Microsoft Platform in collaboration with customers and the Microsoft in-field strategic accounts segment of our business. This is a customer facing role, owning overall technical relationship between a customer and Microsoft.

  • Provides technical expertise through post-sales presentations, product demonstrations and installations of Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • Is the central technical contact for the sales staff to implement leading Microsoft 365 workloads to meet customer needs.
  • Supports in driving the Change and the Usage of Microsoft 365 Copilot at our customers and internally. (Co-)Delivering Community Sessions and Hackathons about Prompt Engineering to drive Adoption of Modern Work AI tools.
  • Has a holistic view over the customer technology landscape and architecture to asses optimization opportunities using Microsoft technologies.
  • Ensures that the customer is fully satisfied with the product application/solution performance.
  • Advises company sales staff and customer personnel by disseminating technical information on specific applications.
  • Works closely with employees from various organizational levels at the customer to fully understand their technical needs.
