The Area Solution Specialist for Azure will be responsible for driving the adoption and sales of Microsoft Azure solutions within the assigned territory. This role involves working closely with customers to understand their business needs and providing tailored Azure solutions to meet those needs. The specialist will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- 7+ years CRM/ERP solution-related presales or consulting experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field AND 7+ years solution-related presales or consulting experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- 9+ years CRM/ERP solution-related presales or consulting experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or related field AND 9+ years solution-related solution-related presales or consulting experience.,
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, or related field AND 9+ years solution-related solution-related presales or consulting experience.
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their business challenges and requirements. Provide expert guidance on how Azure solutions can address these challenges.
- Solution Design: Design and propose Azure-based solutions that align with customer needs and business goals. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure feasibility and effectiveness.
- Sales Execution: Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Training and Enablement: Provide training and enablement sessions for customers and partners to enhance their understanding and usage of Azure solutions.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations for improving Azure offerings.
