Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, or systems administration
- OR bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years’ technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, or systems administration
- OR bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field AND 2+ year(s) technical experience in software engineering, network engineering, or systems administration
- OR master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

Site Reliability Engineering IC2 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $81,900 - $160,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $105,600 - $174,600 per year.

Responsibilities
Cloud Virtualization
- Has foundational knowledge and work experience with technologies to ensure seamless cloud infrastructure operations.
Networking
- Understands networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing, VPNs, Proxy etc.)
- Implement networking solutions that enable reliability and scalability across public and private cloud platforms.
Development and Design
- Contributes to development by engaging in coding, design reviews. Leverages these experiences and telemetry data to suggest and build improvements to specific product components.
Incident Management
- Responds to on-call incidents by assessing impact, resolving basic issues, and escalating complex or widespread problems to other engineers; documents resolutions through post-mortems and review meetings.
Telemetry
- Read, write, configure, and implement end-to-end service telemetry, smart alerting, and self-healing capabilities for platforms.
Collaboration
- Ability to exercise cross-team co-operation and influence.
