The Consumer Product and Investment team is seeking an experienced Executive Business Administrator to provide support for the the Vice President of Microsoft Cloud Finance and GM of the Investment Optimization and Enablement Team, and their global teams.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, self-aware, and has the ability balance a sense of humor with a sense of responsibility. They need organizational and communication skills, the ability to proactively anticipate needs and quickly shift priorities accordingly. The ideal candidates should appreciate an energetic work environment, have a sense of urgency and approach challenges with a problem solver mindset.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years Administrative, Business Support, and/or customer service experience.
- 2+ years of complex calendar management for executive level support and experience managing travel schedules for executive leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and basic administration work.

Associate's/Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology)
OR equivalent experience.
1+ year(s) experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).
- Demonstrated customer service focus
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable operating within ambiguity
- Proven ability to rapidly change direction to accommodate business need
- Proficiency with Microsoft software and internal tools
Business Support ATR-C - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $23.56 - $41.68 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $34.71 - $48.22 per hour.

Responsibilities
Duties may include but are not limited to:
- Complex calendar management
- Complex and frequently changing travel logistics and expense reporting
- Teams and OneNote creation/management
- Procurement and management of supplies, hardware and assets
- End to end new employee set up
- Equipment management
- Headcount management - opening Full time employee (FTE) and vendor positions
- Facility requests
- Create and maintain org charts
- Maintain Distribution Lists and Security Groups as needed
- Ensure compliance of operational policies and procedures
- Coordinate other projects as assigned
- Morale event planning and organization
- Ability to responsibly work with highly confidential data
