Overview
The Enablement & Operations (E&O) team enables Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) Team to better serve every person and organization’s transformation and economic success. How? We design, build, and manage the levers that accelerate commercial growth—including compensation, business performance and insights, planning, skilling, and tooling and engineering.
The MCAPS E&O Revenue Operations team plays an important role in empowering every person in MCAPS to serve customers by activating and innovating Microsoft’s commercial engine. We are passionate about this mission, and we are looking for a Senior Strategy Manager, Commercial Transformation Sales Strategy to be part of our Commercial Transformation Business Architecture (BA) team. This team is charged with strategic multi-year transformation of our commercial sales model and processes to accelerate growth, improve efficiency and leverage AI to help us serve customers better.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in business consulting, sales, sales operations, information technology (IT), account management, business development, marketing, IT field sales, or a related field
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years experience in Near Term Strategy (1-2 years out), Management Consulting, or Finance.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field AND 6+ years marketing, strategy, sales, program management, project management, business planning, consulting, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience
- OR equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
Cross Functional Joint Planning and Analysis
Acts as a business conduit to broader internal and external stakeholders and adjusts plans when required to exceed Commercial Transformation outcomes. Collaborates to identify focus areas and cases for change.
- Ensures end to end mindset and works across groups that ensures closed loop from design, landing, and listening capabilities to circle back and improve on program and design.
- Work with business leaders, leveraging and broadening awareness for a Commercial Transformation to inform strategic sales planning decisions.
- Assists with creating frameworks and methodologies to drive problem solving and insights.
Commercial Transformation Project Leadership
- Develops, drives, and executes multiple Commercial Transformation projects/programs and teams across organizational boundaries as a project lead through defining plans, goals, deliverables, feedback, resource balancing, and timing expectations; proactively identifies complex roadblocks and addresses them.
- Identifies, evaluates, and proposes new transformation project work/deals based on unmet needs.
