Overview

If you want to play a role in driving agents and agent creation, now is your chance to join the Copilot Studio Product Marketing team. Copilot Studio is a key component of Microsoft’s commercial AI (Artificial Intelligence) strategy, enabling customers to quickly build custom agents as a SaaS (Software as a Service) service to revolutionize business processes. We’re looking for Senior Product Marketing Manager, Copilot Studio to drive product marketing for Copilot Studio.

To be successful, you should be able to define and execute a product marketing plan based on a solid understanding of the systems and components of building agents with Copilot Studio. You will be responsible for understanding Copilot Studio platform performance and identifying opportunities to evolve the product and business to accelerate growth as the product and platform mature. This will require the formulation of both long-term strategy and month-to-month execution, with deep partnership with stakeholders in Copilot Studio engineering, Microsoft 365 Copilot engineering, Data Science, and marketing.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
    • OR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a Product Marketing Manager capacity.
  • 2+ years of experience managing and building partnerships with engineering and technical stakeholders.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
    • OR Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Experience building agents or AI Systems using tools like Copilot Studio or Azure AI Foundry.

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define product truth for the value of building agents through Copilot Studio’s managed SaaS platform including platform performance, component reusability, analytics, and managed models
  • Create compelling technical marketing that showcases the end-to-end value of Copilot Studio for makers including product demos, analyst reports, and
  • Develop product health metrics and usage funnel to identify opportunities for product maturation, and drive change through executive partnership with Finance and Engineering
