We are looking for a strategic and collaborative Senior Manager to lead Xbox’s regional market strategy, customer insights, and partnership development across key international markets. This role will serve as the central hub for regional intelligence and execution, ensuring our products, content, and go-to-market plans are deeply rooted in local player needs and market dynamics.
Qualifications
8+ years of experience in regional strategy, product marketing, or partnerships within the gaming, tech, or entertainment industry.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Deep understanding of cultural nuances and consumer behavior in international markets.
- Strategic thinker with strong executional rigor and a passion for delivering player-first experiences.
Responsibilities
Market Strategy and Customer Insights
- Serve as the centralized hub for regional insights by partnering closely with the Business Planning organization.
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of market trends, player behaviors, and competitive dynamics across priority regions.
- Lead the development of regional market strategies that leverage Xbox’s product portfolio.
- Champion and drive initiatives that increase Xbox’s relevance and impact in-region.
Regional Product and Content Strategy
- Aggregate and evaluate product needs and localization requirements to ensure Xbox offerings meet in-market customer expectations.
- Advocate for regional product enhancements and experiences that reflect local player preferences.
- Develop and execute region-specific content strategies that resonate with local gamers.
- Ensure content availability and relevance to position Xbox as the preferred gaming ecosystem in each market.
Go-to-Market Planning and Strategic Partnerships
- Build and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans that drive sustainable growth.
- Align cross-functional teams around shared goals, timelines, and success metrics.
- Identify and lead non-endemic partnership opportunities with regional brands that can organically extend Xbox’s presence.
- Build relationships that elevate brand visibility and cultural resonance in local markets.
