Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years of marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years experience working in email operations and/or email marketing
- 3+ years working with Adobe Campaign.
- Experience with email messaging technologies, processes and best industry practices.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years of marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years of marketing operations, program management, project management, or related experience OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years technology/process improvement experience.
Marketing Technology IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technology partners, engineering, and business stakeholders on the future roadmap of platform innovation & new feature enablement. Clearly communicate goals, timelines, impact, and manage project milestones.
- Continually look to optimize existing frameworks and technical processes to help create value for marketers and drive operational efficiencies. Leverage out of the box technology capabilities and consistently think about buy vs. build strategies.
- Proactively manage dependencies, anticipating setbacks, escalating when needed, and communicating to resolve issues quickly.
- Drive messaging technology thought leadership and best practices across commercial + consumer marketing.
- Responsible for projects from ideation through delivery including semester planning, platform capabilities, and third party platform integrations.
- Partnering closely with our many stakeholder teams including Product Engineering, Campaign operations, Operational Data, Analytics, and numerous Marketing Business Groups to develop the standard ways of operating and building within the tech platform(s) in a way that is robust, secure, efficient, accessible, sustainable, and scalable.
- Running an AGILE process to prioritize work and be transparent about what will get done and what will not get done.
- Ensuring business processes, system operations and other technical processes are well documented, up to date, and communicated to business users.
- Ability to communicate and correlate work to value with the ability to present to leadership
