This role leads the creation of social-first, creator-style content that brings our AI-powered productivity experiences to life. You’ll craft compelling narratives, produce high-quality videos, and curate moments that resonate across global audiences—helping shape how the world sees and uses Copilot.
As a Product Marketing Manager, M365 Copilot Content Curator, you should be fluent in social trends, passionate about AI and productivity, and energized by the opportunity to shape a new category. You’ll work cross-functionally with product marketing, engineering, PR, and global social teams to surface the most inspiring product stories and turn them into content that drives engagement and adoption.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 2+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience building ad or social programs that drive product awareness and adoption.
Proficiency in creating and editing in social media formats such as LinkedIn, TikTok and Instagram and experience with editing tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, CaptureOne, Premier, Final Cut Pro and CapCut.
- Comfortable being on camera and representing the brand.
- Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills, especially for video and social platforms.
- Deep understanding of creator culture, digital trends, and social media best practices.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with product, engineering, and PR.
- Ability to translate technical features into compelling, real-world narratives.
- Experience managing creative production and campaign execution across global markets.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure content performance and optimize strategy.
- Passion for AI, productivity, and shaping the future of work.
Product Marketing IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.

Responsibilities
- Create & Publish Social-First Content: Develop and share original, high-quality videos and posts that highlight Microsoft 365 Copilot’s most compelling product experiences across Microsoft’s social channels.
- Find & Tell the Best Stories: Source and elevate authentic stories from inside and outside Microsoft that showcase how Microsoft 365 Copilot is transforming work.
- Curate In-person Moments: Design and execute event activations that drive M365 Copilot usage, encourage social sharing, and reinforce Microsoft’s leadership in AI.
- Build a Community: Create and maintain a social community design to create brand advocates
- Manage Campaign Creative: Develop core use cases & oversee creative outputs for creative ad campaigns, ensuring product accuracy and alignment with key scenarios.
- Drive Strategic Influence: Partner with product and engineering teams to align content with roadmap priorities and feature launches.
- Measure & Optimize Impact: Track content performance and refine strategy based on insights.
