Overview

As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager, M365 Copilot Content Curator and visionary storyteller, you will champion the best stories for Microsoft 365 Copilot, shaping how Microsoft’s AI-powered productivity platform is perceived and adopted worldwide. In this pivotal role, you will architect and direct the creation of sophisticated, social-first content that authentically illustrates Copilot’s transformative impact. Leveraging deep expertise in content strategy, cross-functional leadership, and industry trends, you will guide the development of high-quality video and narrative assets, while curating signature moments that engage diverse audiences across the globe.

Your proven track record in elevating brand experiences at scale, combined with your passion for AI-driven productivity, positions you to influence key stakeholders and drive the strategic direction of M365 Copilot’s external voice. You will collaborate closely with executives in product marketing, engineering, PR, and global social teams, ensuring the most compelling product stories are surfaced and transformed into content that fuels engagement, advocacy, and business growth.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

  • Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ experience building ad or social programs that drive product awareness and adoption.
Additional or preferred qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in creating and editing in social media formats such as LinkedIn, TikTok and Instagram and experience with editing tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, CaptureOne, Premier, Final Cut Pro and CapCut.
  • Comfortable being on camera and representing the brand.
  • Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills, especially for video and social platforms.
  • Deep understanding of creator culture, digital trends, and social media best practices.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with product, engineering, and PR.
  • Ability to translate technical features into compelling, real-world narratives.
  • Experience managing creative production and campaign execution across global markets.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure content performance and optimize strategy.
  • Passion for AI, productivity, and shaping the future of work.

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Create & Publish Social-First Content: Develop and share original, high-quality videos and posts that highlight Microsoft 365 Copilot’s most compelling product experiences across Microsoft’s social channels.
  • Find & Tell the Best Stories: Source and elevate authentic stories from inside and outside Microsoft that showcase how Microsoft 365 Copilot is transforming work.
  • Curate In-person Moments: Design and execute event activations that drive M365 Copilot usage, encourage social sharing, and reinforce Microsoft’s leadership in AI.
  • Build a Community: Create and maintain a social community design to create brand advocates
  • Manage Campaign Creative: Develop core use cases & oversee creative outputs for creative ad campaigns, ensuring product accuracy and alignment with key scenarios.
  • Drive Strategic Influence: Partner with product and engineering teams to align content with roadmap priorities and feature launches.
  • Measure & Optimize Impact: Track content performance and refine strategy based on insights.
