Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering AND 8+ years of experience in Technical Program/Account Management, Product Development

• Mid-level IC who is strongly motivated to work independently

• Prior experience and willingness to work directly as part of Product debugging, bring up etc. in

• Demonstrated experience working in or with Tier-1 Silicon vendors, OEMs and ODMs

• Deep understanding of the Windows PC OEM Ecosystem and a passion for Gaming

• Partner/customer management experience with the ability to influence and communicate effectively under pressure.

• Demonstrated success managing PC/CPU/GPU etc. hardware programs or partner accounts

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global teams • Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving capabilities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Responsibilities

• Help drive alignment across multiple Xbox console ecosystem workstreams, with a focus on third-party OEM/ODM partner engagement

• Translate and track internal and partner priorities into clear execution milestones and deliverables

• Technical partner to local OEM/ODM and Silicon partners on day-to-day Engineering and Business tasks

• Foster strong alignment across key Xbox, Windows and Partner stakeholders to support new ecosystem frameworks and goals

• Represent Xbox in partner engagements at operational levels

• Help steer Program-level reviews and strategy updates with Xbox and external partners

• Ensure IP protection through robust confidentiality practices

• Oversee the creation of technical documentation and resources to support OEM/ODM partner development
