Overview

The Outbound Product team in CoreAI and AI Platform is looking for a motion graphics designer. The Outbound Product team crafts simple, high-impact, human experiences. We leverage our experience in content design and storytelling to create assets that reflect our people and products.

The Outbound Product team is responsible for bringing our CoreAI products to life through motion assets. Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in professional production environment (e.g., lighting, shooting, audio recording, web production, writing), post-production environment, or broadcasting (e.g., local news)
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience with product, branding or communication design
  • 3+ years of experience with Figma, Illustrator, and After Effects

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a conceptual thinker, storyteller, and detail-oriented animator who can bring ideas to life in new and inspiring ways.
  • Experience thinking from the user perspective to solve communication problems and invent new experiences.
  • Experience with art direction and design thinking, as well as the ability to seamlessly work across various mediums and project types.
  • Experience with the landscape of an AI first production workflow, inventing new ways to tell great stories with motion

Video Production IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Development of CoreAI’s brand system and design language through motion design animation and prototyping
  • Produce strong conceptual and expressive animations that are engaging and reflect a cohesive brand experience and are rooted in strong conceptual motion principles
  • Sketch, storyboard, ideate, and generate new concepts quickly based on stakeholder direction and self-driven research
  • Meeting with design and product teams to understand the latest designs and help prepare assets for animation, while being able to create UI assets on the fly
  • Work closely with a team including creative directors, art directors, designers, product designers, engineers, and program managers
  • Take direction and provide feedback to effectively develop and deliver final animated content, ensuring full realization work
  • Meet multiple deadlines, prioritize work, and keep projects moving forward
  • Develop new interactive concepts
