Overview

Core AI is at the forefront of Microsoft’s mission to redefine how software is built and experienced. We are responsible for building the foundational platforms, services, programming models, and developer experiences that power the next generation of applications using Generative Artificial Intelligence. Our work enables developers and enterprises to harness the full potential of AI to create intelligent, adaptive, and transformative software.

Azure Managed Grafana delivers a fully managed, enterprise-grade Grafana experience deeply integrated with Azure Monitor, empowering customers to visualize and correlate telemetry across their cloud environments. With growing adoption across GenAI observability, SRE workflows, and Azure-native dashboards, Grafana is a strategic pillar in Microsoft’s observability platform.

Azure Code Optimizations brings AI-powered performance insights directly into developers’ workflows. By analyzing live telemetry and surfacing actionable recommendations and code-level optimizations, it helps teams reduce CPU and memory usage, improve responsiveness, and ship more efficient code. The service is tightly integrated with GitHub Copilot, GitHub Copilot software agent and Visual Studio, enabling powerful agentic scenarios for software engineering and site reliability. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager – Azure Grafana & Code Optimization.
