Overview

The Security Solution Area (SSA) is seeking a Executive Business Administrator (EA) to join the Go To Market (GTM) office and support their leadership. Do you have a passion for community? SSA is look for a highly skilled EA to join the team, who will report to the GTM leader. This role focuses on duties like – calendar and schedule management, finance and expense support, event logistics and planning, rhythm of business (ROB) management, back up support to the CVP EA, admin community building and headcount management functions. If you have a passion for the support discipline and want to help build and maintain structure and rhythm for the community within an org, this role could be for you!

The ideal candidate for this role will need to be able to navigate and change directions quickly within a fast-paced environment. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, take initiative, demonstrate good judgment, and maintain confidentiality. They will also need to set priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Being detail oriented and having consistent and timely follow-through will be essential to the success of this role. A positive attitude, as well as an eagerness and willingness to integrate, are highly appreciated in this position.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.
  • 5+ years’ experience supporting an executive office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology)
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years experience serving as mentor to others.
  • 3+ years experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence.
  • Ability to build effective cross-group working relationships and work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work well in a changing environment, under pressure, on short-notice, and take appropriate timely action.

Business Support ATR-D - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $30.29 - $50.53 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $41.83 - $57.88 per hour.

Responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Calendar support for GTM Leader- attention to accuracy, timeliness, conflict resolution and alignment to the leader’s priorities and commitments. As well as, back up Calendar support for SSA CVP.
  • Provide back up support to the CVP offices across the greater organization – covering vacations, unexpected out of office (OOF’s) etc.
  • Partner with executive office team to facilitate org wide programs, projects, events, etc.
  • Purchasing equipment, services and supplies and process invoices and expenses
  • Work with CSA Executive admin team to facilitate and build the admin community initiatives and structure.
  • Organization wide distribution and security group ownership.
  • Cross collaborating, planning, and supporting large scale events- including All Hands, morale, offsite, etc.
